After four years at UN climate summits, we kept seeing talented founders struggle to reach the people who could help them. Actions House began with a simple goal: make those introductions happen.
Helping climate founders move forward.
Actions House is a social enterprise supporting climate founders across the Global South. Our events connect founders directly with investors and mentors. Our Green Founders Fellowship helps young people learn how to build a green business. Our network brings those relationships together throughout the year.
A useful introduction can change a founder’s next step. We help make it happen, then give people the time and support to build on it.
Getting there is only the beginning.
Attending a summit is a big investment for a founder. Finding the right investor or mentor once you arrive can be just as difficult. We make that search easier by bringing people together around the ventures they can help.
How we operate
Small by design
We bring together 30 to 50 carefully selected people. Smaller groups leave more time for questions, candid feedback, and proper conversations.
Useful from the start
Founders explain what they’re building and where they need help. Mentors and investors respond with feedback, experience, and introductions.
Global South first
We build our programmes around the markets, challenges, and ambitions of founders across the Global South.

Alhassan Omar
Alhassan attended four consecutive UN climate summits, from COP27 to COP30, as a delegate and panel speaker. He saw how hard it was for Global South founders to turn summit attendance into useful relationships. He founded Actions House to help close that gap.
His background spans management consulting and major transformation programmes, including roles at PwC Middle East and e& enterprise. He brings that delivery experience to Actions House: organising the people, partnerships, and detail that make each programme work. He speaks Arabic, English, and Spanish and has lived in seven countries across four continents.
The first edition brought more than 45 people together at Goals House during COP30 in Belém. Nine founders pitched their ventures. The next step is to bring that access to more founders through new editions and the Green Founders Fellowship.
