Jihad Hajjouji
Advisory Board MemberJihad leads the Next Generation Foresight Practitioners network at SOIF, supporting young futures practitioners, particularly across the Global South. Her previous roles include advising the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and serving as a founding director at African Leadership Academy, where she established an accelerator and a fund for African ventures. She holds an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford, and a BA from Middlebury College.
Kadir Gungor
Advisory Board MemberKadir leads Sustainable Impact Capital & Holding, which invests in social entrepreneurs and funds working towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement. A third-generation entrepreneur, he has founded and invested in businesses across hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, finance, and energy. He brings experience in both building companies and backing their growth.
Khaoula Morchid
Advisory Board MemberKhaoula is a Senior Product Operations Manager at Uber in San Francisco. Previously a manager at Bain & Company, she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is an African Leadership Academy alumna. Her sustainability work includes co-founding Nur, a solar micro-grid initiative for off-grid communities in Nigeria. She is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and Climate Reality Leader.
Ryan Findley
Advisory Board MemberRyan is an education technology leader and AI product builder who co-founded Ethos, formerly Learn to Win. He spent nearly a decade with African Leadership Academy and African Leadership University, including as ALU’s Chief Product and Innovation Officer. His work includes an MBA programme for executives across 25 countries, entrepreneurial leadership curricula, and support for schools adopting AI literacy programmes.
