Jihad Hajjouji

Jihad leads the Next Generation Foresight Practitioners network within SOIF, where she works with the team to support, connect, and amplify young futures practitioners from all over the world, especially from the Global South. Previously, she served as an Advisor at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and was a Founding Director at the African Leadership Academy, where she established an Accelerator program and a multi-million dollar fund to support African ventures. Jihad holds an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University and a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
Kadir Gungor

Kadir is an experienced impact capitalist who leads Sustainable Impact Capital & Holding (SICH), a firm that invests in and supports social entrepreneurs and funds committed to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement. A third-generation entrepreneur with experience in his family's 40-year-old family office, Kadir has founded and invested in multiple companies across hospitality, real estate, construction, manufacturing, finance, and energy. He is passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders and changemakers solving the world's most pressing challenges.
Khaoula Morchid

Khaoula is a Senior Product Operations Manager at Uber, based in San Francisco, with a background spanning management consulting, transportation planning, and sustainable development. She previously spent three years at Bain & Company, rising to Manager, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. A World Economic Forum Global Shaper and Climate Reality Leader, Khaoula has been active in climate and sustainability work throughout her career, including co-founding Nur, a solar-powered micro-grid initiative for off-grid Nigerian communities that was selected as a World Bank regional finalist. She is an alumna of the African Leadership Academy.
Ryan Findley

Ryan is an education technology leader and AI product builder who co-founded Ethos (formerly Learn to Win), a SaaS platform that deployed enterprise AI systems for government and institutional clients. He spent nearly a decade at the African Leadership Academy and African Leadership University ecosystem in Johannesburg and Mauritius, serving as Chief Product and Innovation Officer at ALU (named Most Innovative in Africa by Fast Company), designing an MBA program for executives across 25 countries, and leading the entrepreneurial leadership curriculum as a Bezos Educator Scholar. Ryan has since co-founded an AI-for-K12 consultancy that has supported hundreds of schools in adopting AI literacy frameworks, and is a TEDx speaker on preparing the next generation of learners for an AI-driven world.
